Theme relevance:

Participants are allowed to interpret the theme in any way they wish to. However, all entries must be relevant to the theme, Senses.

All photos and entry forms are to be submitted through one of the following methods:

- Download a softcopy of the entry form from ajsenses.blogspot.com, fill in the entry form. Email the soft copy of the entry form and photo to ajsenses@gmail.com

- Obtaining an entry form at the notice board placed at the foyer, fill in the entry form. Copy the photo into a CD, place the entry form in the CD cover. Submit the CD into a box placed at foyer.

Dateline:

Any submissions after 6th May 2007 will not be entertained.

Additional Information:

- All photos should be submitted in a valid picture file format(eg. jpeg, jpg, png, gif etc.)

- The filenames of the soft copy of the photos will be accepted as the title of the photo. Otherwise, the photo will be deemed as having no title.

- The title of the photo should also be reflected in the entry form.

- The entry form should be duly filled up and submitted along with the photo(s). The photos should be attached as seperate file attachment(s) to the e-mail containing the entry form. In the case of a CD submission, the photos should also be submitted as seperate files from the entry form in the CD.

- By submitting your photo entry, you are declaring that you are the sole and original owner of the submitted photo. If the photo(s) submitted do not belong to the participant, it will be subject to disqualification.

- Photos taken by handphone cameras will not be accepted due to poor image quality issues.

- Winning entries will be developed, therefore participants are encouraged to use cameras capable of higher resolutions (5 mega pixels & above).

- Each participant can only send a maximum number of 3 photos.

- Photos submitted should be original and editing using computer imaging software is only limited to cropping, resizing, colour correction and exposure correction.

- All other forms of editing are subject to approval by judges, where participants will be required to produce an original unedited copy of the photo if requested to do so.

- Photographs taken must not contain violent, vulgar, pornographic or any offensive content.

- Confirmation notices will be sent to participants through their email or by sms to verify the submission of their photos. All photos will be judged according to the judging criteria and the top three winners will be announced at a later date.

- Photos are required to be of a reasonable standard to be awarded 5 house points. This standard is determined based on the score acquired by the entry photo.
